These companies might, for example, assist us in offering you certain products and services or help us mail account statements to you. These companies act on our behalf and are obligated to keep the information that we provide to them confidential. These companies will not use the information about you, except to carry out their obligations to us in performing joint marketing services or other services on our behalf. 

We may also disclose nonpublic personal information about you to nonaffiliated third parties as permitted by law.
